Practical AI, not AI for AI’s sake.
AI workflows, prompt systems, research pipelines and targeted automation that fit how your team already works. No chasing trends, no generic AI content, and a person checks what goes out the door.
Where AI earns its place
- Research and summaries
- First drafts your team edits
- Repetitive admin and data entry
- Answers grounded in your own documents
Where it doesn’t, I’ll tell you, and we won’t build it.

What I help with
Six ways to put AI to work.
Each one starts with a real task your team does today, not a tool someone wants to try.
01
AI experiments and prototypes
Test an idea quickly with a small working build before you invest in the full thing.
Proof of concept
02
AI workflows and automation
Take repetitive research, admin and data tasks off your team’s plate.
Process improvement
03
Prompt systems
Reusable prompts that carry your brand voice, rules and context every time.
Consistent output
04
AI for marketing teams
Campaign frameworks and content workflows that keep messaging consistent at scale.
Scale with consistency
05
AI for creatives and publishers
Ideation and production help that keeps the human author in charge.
Creative support
06
AI for small businesses
Everyday automations for scheduling, replies, quotes and follow-ups.
Day-to-day time savings
Why it works
Useful beats impressive.
Most AI projects disappoint because they start with the technology. These start with the work.
| Topic | The hype way | The CreativeTech way |
|---|---|---|
| Starting point | Buy the tool, then look for a use | Find the bottleneck, then pick the tool |
| Content | Flood channels with generic AI text | Structured prompts that sound like you |
| Customer experience | A chatbot bolted onto the site | Help that sits inside the task people are doing |
| Quality control | Treat AI like a magic button | A person reviews drafts before they’re used |
| Success | “We use AI now” | Hours saved and errors avoided, tracked |
Live work
Everyday AI: my own product, built the way I’d build yours.
Practical AI for people who are tired of the jargon.
Everyday AI pairs a practical app with an online course, so every idea ends in a task you can actually do. It’s the same approach I bring to client work: start with a real problem, write clear prompts, and keep a person in charge of the result.
Built with Prompt systems, plain-English UX, a lightweight web app
Early access is open.

Questions
What people usually ask first
Is my data safe?
I use business API access from providers like OpenAI and Anthropic, whose terms don’t use your data to train their public models, and zero-retention options where they’re available. Sensitive information stays out of workflows that don’t need it.
What about AI making things up?
No AI system is free of errors, so I design around them: clear prompt rules, answers grounded in your own documents, and a person reviewing drafts before they’re used.
Do I need technical staff?
No. You get working tools, automations in apps like Zapier or Make, or prompt packs, plus training so your team can use them confidently.
How quickly will I see something?
The strategy sprint ends with a workflow audit, a tool recommendation and a working prototype, usually within one to two weeks.
Which AI tools do you use?
Whichever fits the job and your budget. I’m not tied to one vendor, and I’ll tell you when a simpler non-AI fix will do.
