Services

Strategy before technology. Then I build it.

I help nonprofits, HOAs, clubs and small businesses fix websites that create work instead of saving it. Every project starts with what’s slowing people down, and ends with something your team can run on its own.

Who I work with

Nonprofits, HOAs, clubs, small businesses

Pricing

Fixed price, with options

First step

Audit and proposal in 1–2 weeks

Built on

WordPress, Elementor

01

Digital Strategy

Know what to fix first, and what it’s worth, before you spend on it.

Most website problems are really decision problems: too many audiences, too many priorities, no clear starting point. I review your site the way a first-time visitor would, map who it has to serve, and tie every recommendation to a number you care about.

You receive A Friction Report and a fixed-price proposal

See a real friction report

Built for the Lakes of the Four Seasons Golf Club proposal.

What’s included

  • Friction audit Your current experience side by side with a better one
  • Audience mapping Who the site serves and what each group needs
  • Feature priorities The few changes that matter most, in order
  • Architecture blueprint How new work fits beside the systems you keep
  • Roadmap and ROI model A phased plan with conservative estimates

02

Web Design & WordPress

A site that answers the questions your staff keep answering by phone.

I rebuild aging or hand-coded sites on WordPress and Elementor, turn common phone calls into online forms, and set up a back end that non-technical staff can manage. Nothing that runs today has to stop while we work.

You receive A live site and a team that can run it

See client sites

Grand Tots Learning Center and the Augusta Ranch HOA.

What’s included

  • Mobile-first design and build WordPress and Elementor
  • Migration from older sites Content, links and documents carried over
  • Self-service forms Requests that go straight to the right inbox
  • Shop and landing pages E-commerce, campaigns and sign-ups
  • Accessibility and speed Built to WCAG 2.2 AA, tuned for fast loads
  • Staff training A short walkthrough so your team owns the site

03

UX & Visual Design

Make the right next step obvious on every page.

Good design is mostly good decisions about order: what people see first, what they can ignore, and where they click next. I design the structure before the style, then give you a working prototype to tap through before anything is built.

You receive A clickable prototype your team can share

See the IU analysis app

An interactive analysis that put the proof up front.

What’s included

  • Information architecture Menus and page structure people can guess
  • Page and screen layouts Clear hierarchy on phones first
  • Clickable prototypes Test the experience before you commit
  • Design systems Reusable colors, type and components
  • Data storytelling Complex numbers turned into one clear view

04

Content & Digital Marketing

Say it clearly, then make it easy to keep saying it.

Content only works if people can find it and your team can keep publishing it. I shape the message, organize the content so search engines and readers can follow it, and set up workflows that make regular updates realistic for a small team.

You receive A content system your team can keep running

See the Digital Commerce 360 work

Structured editorial workflow, about 30% faster publishing.

What’s included

05

Digital Products & Creative Technology

For ideas that need more than a website.

Some projects are part product, part publishing, part experiment. I take ideas from concept to launch: interactive tools, practical AI workflows for everyday operations, and creative productions like picture books, with the specs, QA and launch plan to match.

You receive A launched product, not just a plan

Explore Everyday AI

Ways to work together

Clear options, fixed prices.

No open-ended hourly billing and no surprise invoices. Every proposal gives you two or three fixed-price options so you can match scope to budget.

Best first step

Option 01

Strategy sprint

Know what to fix before you spend on it.

  • Friction audit and report
  • Architecture blueprint
  • Proposal with fixed-price build options

Typically 1–2 weeks

Quoted after a short call

Option 02

Project build

Design and build, with a fixed scope.

  • Everything decided in the sprint
  • Mobile-first WordPress build
  • Staff training and launch checks

Focused builds take about 4 weeks

Example: $3,500–$5,200

Option 03

Ongoing partner

Keep the site current and working harder.

  • Monthly content and page updates
  • Local search and campaigns
  • Regular check-ins and improvements

Month to month

Example: $750 / month

Example prices come from a real proposal for a golf club website. Your proposal is priced to your project.

Questions

What people usually ask first

Which service do I need?

You don’t have to know. Most projects start with a strategy sprint, and the friction audit shows which services are worth it. Tell me what feels broken or slow and we’ll go from there.

Do I have to replace the systems I already use?

Usually not. My default is to build a modern front end beside what you have, so your booking, accounting or member systems keep running while the experience improves.

Can my team update the site after launch?

Yes. Sites are built on WordPress with structured fields, and I walk your team through posting news, events and documents so you’re not waiting on a developer.

How does pricing work?

Every proposal includes two or three fixed-price options. You choose the scope. If you want help after launch, the ongoing partner option is a flat monthly fee.

How long does a project take?

The audit and proposal typically take one to two weeks. A focused build is planned as about a four-week rollout after approval. Larger projects are phased so you see results early.

Can my board or leadership review it first?

That’s what the report, blueprint, proposal and prototype are for. They’re built to be shared, and I’m happy to walk your team through them on a call or in person.

Have an idea? Let’s give it shape.

Tell me what you’re working on. I’ll reply with a few questions and, if it’s a fit, a plan for your own friction audit.
