Services · Digital Strategy
Turn ideas into a plan. Strategy before technology.
Before anyone picks a theme, a plugin or an ad platform, I define what success looks like, map how your audiences actually behave, and match the technology to the job. You stop paying for tools and pages that don’t move the needle.

The root problem
Why digital projects fail to pay off.
Most projects start with the tools and work backward. That’s how you end up with disconnected systems that are hard to use and harder to change.
!
Software without intent
Tools get bought before anyone maps how customers and staff actually work.
!
Disconnected content
Pages get written reactively, with no link to what people search for or what turns visitors into customers.
!
Analytics noise
Dashboards full of vanity numbers, and nothing that tells you what’s actually driving revenue.
!
Launch and forget
The site is treated as a finished brochure instead of something that improves with real data.
| Topic | Tools first | Strategy first |
|---|---|---|
| Where decisions start | Pick a theme or tool, then fit the business to it | Define success first, then choose what supports it |
| Content | Written reactively, page by page | Planned around search intent and real questions |
| AI | Bolted on as a novelty | Used to cut repetitive admin and editing work |
| After launch | Left alone until the next redesign | Improved using what visitors actually do |
| Small changes | A developer ticket every time | Your team updates it inside an on-brand system |

Questions
What people usually ask first
How is a strategy sprint different from hiring a web agency?
Agencies often start with mockups or themes. The sprint starts with your goals, your audiences and what people search for, so design and development solve problems you’ve confirmed instead of guessed.
What do I actually get?
A Digital Blueprint your leadership can review: a friction audit, user journeys, a search topic map, a platform comparison and a prioritized timeline with fixed-price options.
Is there something smaller than a full sprint?
Yes. A friction audit on its own takes one to two weeks and shows what’s worth fixing first. Many clients start there.
Will you help carry out the plan?
Yes, through WordPress builds, AI automation and content work. If you have an in-house team, I can write the specs and act as strategy lead instead.
How do you use AI in planning?
Practically. I use AI and prompt workflows to cut repetitive work like research, metadata and support replies, always with a person reviewing the output.
